Bay Bayou RV Resort offers comparative rates for the surrounding area. Reservations are for four (4) guests, additional guests will be charged $5 per person, per day. Long term reservations and/or extended stay reservations are for four (4) months or longer are for two (2) guests only, visitors will be charged $5 per person, per day and must register with the office. There is a maximum number of seven (7) guests per site. All reservations of one (1) month or longer will be charged metered electric. No pro-rates available for monthly or weekly stay.

Bay Bayou RV Resort serves motor coaches, travel trailers and fifth wheel trailers no older than 15 years old, in excellent condition. Sorry, but we are unable to accommodate tents, conversion vans, converted buses, truck campers, pop-up campers, converted storage trailers, canvas pop outs, cargo/box/utility trailers or boats are not permitted in the park. Trailers or U-Haul of any kind are not permitted in the Resort or on your site.

Car dollies are permitted and must be parked discreetly at your site. Depending on overall length, certain commercial truck-size and styled vehicles may also not be able to be accommodated. Management reserves the right to refuse entry to any RV or vehicle considered by Management to present a possible safety hazard. Please let the office know if you are bringing an electric vehicle prior to your stay.

Bay Bayou DOES NOT accept drop offs/RV deliveries. The tow vehicle must be present, remain present and owner must accompany all check-ins. 

DEPOSIT POLICY

Reservations less than 7 consecutive days: 1 (one) daily rate due at time of reservation. Reservations 8 to 28 consecutive days: 25% due at time of reservation.

Monthly or Extended Stay reservations must be made by calling the office directly, monthly deposits are $200. 

No refunds will be granted for early departure.

All reservations of one (1) month or longer will be charged metered electric. Refunds are prohibited for weather conditions, acts of nature or evictions.

Deposits are not transferable.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation of a Daily Reservation less than 7 consecutive days will be charged a one (1) daily rate cancel fee. 

Cancellation of an 8 to 28 day consecutive reservation will forfeit the 25% deposit. 

Cancellation of a Monthly Reservation requires a 30 (thirty) day notice to receive a 50% deposit refund of $100.00. 

No deposit refunds will be granted for ANY reservations November 1st through April 30th.

No refunds will be granted for early departure.

A 3% merchant fee will be charged to all credit card transactions.

PET POLICY 

Two (2) pets are permitted per site. All pets must be quiet, friendly, and leashed at all times on a leash no longer than 6 feet. Retractable leashes are not permitted. Pets may not be left outdoors unattended at any time. No cages, fencing or animal enclosures. Please be courteous do not allow your pet on anyone else’s site or cut through sites.
