Bay Bayou RV Park Florida Reservations

Bay Bayou RV Resort offers comparative rates for the surrounding area. We do require a deposit of $25 for daily stays, $50 for weekly stays and $200 for monthly stays. The deposit will be credited to your reservation at the time of arrival. Any reservation for more than one month requires a $500 deposit. Deposits will be credited to the last month of your reservation. Reservations are for four (4) guests, additional guests will be charged $5 per person, per day. Long term reservations for four (4) months or longer are for two (2) guests, visiting guests will be charged $5 per person, per day. There is a maximum number of seven (7) guests per site.

Bay Bayou RV Resort serves motorcoaches, travel trailers and fifth wheel trailers no older than 15 years old, in excellent condition. Sorry, but we are unable to accommodate tents, truck campers, folding camping trailers (pop ups) and any vehicles with canvas sides. Depending on overall length, certain commercial truck-size and styled vehicles may also not be able to be accommodated. Management reserves the right to refuse entry to any RV or vehicle considered by Management to be incompatible with Bay Bayou RV Resort standards.

Cancellation Policy

Above you will find our current rate schedule for Summer, Season and Extended Stays. All cancellations will be charged a $25.00 Administrative Fee.

Deposit Refunds will only be given for reservations arriving May 1st – October 31st. No refunds will be granted for reservations arriving November 1st – April 30th.

Daily Reservations must cancel no later than 12 PM – 3 days prior to your arrival date to avoid forfeiture of deposit.

Weekly Reservations must cancel no later than 12PM – 7 days prior to your arrival date to avoid forfeiture of deposit.

Monthly Reservations must cancel no later than 12 PM – 30 days prior to your arrival date to avoid forfeiture of deposit.

Deposits are not transferable. No refunds will be granted for early departures. All reservations of one month or more will be charged for metered electric charges. Refunds for death or extended hospitalization will be reviewed on an individual basis by the corporate office.

Pet Policy
Two (2) pets are permitted per site. All pets must be quiet, friendly, and leashed at all times on a leash no longer than 6 feet. Retractable leashes are not permitted. There are some breed restrictions; Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Doberman, Chow and Chinese Shar-Pei.
