We do require a deposit of $25 for daily stays, $50 for weekly stays and $100 for monthly stays. We offer long-term reservations to those of you wishing to stay with us for longer periods of time. At the time you make your annual reservation, $100 deposit will be taken to hold your site for you. That $100 will be credited to your first month's rent at the time of check in. Annual reservations require that you pay your first and last month's rent at the time of check in. Off-site storage is available at Bay Bayou for $60 per month, plus tax, based on availability. Reservations are for four (4) guests, additional guests will be charged $5.00 per person, per day.

Please note that a maximum of two "season" months can be counted when making reservations for a " summer" rate stay. You must provide 3 days advance notice prior to 12:00 p.m. on the date of scheduled arrival for daily reservations to avoid cancellation charges. If Bay Bayou RV Resort is not notified within 3 days of your reservation you will forfeit your deposit.
You must provide 7 days advance notice prior to 12:00 p.m. on the scheduled date of arrival for weekly reservations to avoid cancellation charges. If Bay Bayou RV Resort is not notified within 7 days of your reservation you will forfeit your deposit.
All cancellation requests for monthly reservations must be made 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. Cancellations will be charged a $25.00 administrative fee. Reservations cancelled after the 30 day period will forfeit the entire deposit. Deposits are not transferable. No refunds will be granted for early departures. All reservations of one month or more will be charged for metered electric charges. Refunds for death or extended hospitalization will be reviewed on an individual basis at a corporate level.

No refunds will be granted December 1st – March 31st Pet Policy: Two (2) pets are permitted per site. All pets must be quiet, friendly and leashed at all times on a leash no longer than 6 feet. There are some breed restrictions; Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Doberman, Chow and Chinese Shar-Pei. |
